All new clients are required to have a consultation where suitable treatments can be recommended and discussed.
We now have a booking option for a Skin Consultation + Treatment that will allow enough time regardless of what treatment is decided on, on the day of your appointment.

We have a 24hr Cancellation Policy.
We reserve your appointment time solely for you and if late cancellations occur, we are unable to fill them at short notice.
Cancelling/Rescheduling without 24hrs notice or not showing up will result in either of the following, at our discretion;
- Booking deposit forfeited
- Full appointment fee charged
- Gift Voucher being redeemed
- Service on prepaid package being redeemedWe wholeheartedly understand that everyone’s time is valuable, so we ask that you respect ours is too. Please don’t be disappointed when this policy is enforced.

We like to devote your appointment entirely to you.
Our space is built for one-on-ones to ensure our time, attention and skill is for you and your skin without any distractions.
The exception to this are parents, guardians and carers. -
Parking is easy, on-street and free! Please park directly out the front and avoid neighbouring properties where possible.

DM’s on Instagram aren’t monitored regularly as we like to use this for social purposes only and can’t guarantee a reply.
We are unable to answer phone calls when we’re with clients so unless a phone call is requested, email is always preferred. -
Unfortunately we are unable to treat client’s who are currently taking Roaccutance, or have taken Roaccutane within six months of treatment.

All new clients or online bookings require a deposit to ensure that you are committed to attending your appointment.
All booking deposits are non-refundable and will be deducted from your appointment value on the day.
Cancellations made with more than 24hrs notice will keep their booking deposit on their account as a credit to be used for future appointments.
A courtesy reminder text will be sent out 24-48 hours prior to your appointment to remind you of your booking. If you do need to reschedule your appointment please try to do so before the reminder text is sent out in order avoid a fee, and so that someone on the waiting list can fill your space. -
In order to stay up to date within an evolving industry, prices may be subject to change so we never have to compromise on quality.
